The Position
The Patient Registration Coordinator is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, and dental experience is preferred but not required. Essential duties include greeting patients, obtaining and reviewing insurance information, updating patient statuses, and performing administrative tasks. Other qualifications include strong customer service skills, multi-tasking abilities, effective communication, a team mindset, and problem-solving skills.
