Patient Services Representative (On-Site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to support patients throughout their scheduling and intake experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate patient information and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective patients with scheduled appointments
• Accurately update patient information in internal systems, including:
• Name and demographic details
• Medical history
• Date of birth and other personal information
• Verify and update patient insurance information
• Enter and maintain patient records with a high level of accuracy
• Utilize internal systems to ensure all required data is complete and up to date

Required Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of customer service experience (retail or face-to-face experience accepted)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomington, IN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
