Patient Registrar - Weekdays

Responsibilities

• Interview patients and responsible parties to gather demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Verify insurance benefits, obtain pre-certification or authorization, and document all details accurately in the system.
• Ensure completion and correctness of patient charts and documentation.
• Secure signatures for treatment, insurance benefits, and release of information.
• Explain policies related to services, billing, and payments to patients.

Requirements

• Preferred minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
