Responsibilities
- Interview patients for all pertinent account information and verify insurance coverage
- Complete all necessary prior authorizations, notifications and third-party payer requirements
- Perform cashier duties as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1‑2 years’ registration experience in a healthcare setting and customer service preferred
