Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
• One year of relevant nursing experience preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)

• Knowledge of nursing practices and standards
• Understanding of patient rights and confidentiality
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
