About the role

The Patient Navigator – Registered Nurse position at Straub Benioff Medical Center is dedicated to providing compassionate and supportive patient care. This role facilitates multidisciplinary communication and ensures expert oversight and education to achieve the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates the management of service activities for patients in the Gastroenterology department.
• Facilitates multidisciplinary communication among healthcare providers.
• Provides expert oversight and education to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License.
• Three (3) years of clinical experience in nursing area of specialty.
• Current BLS/HCP Card.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or health related field preferred.
• Certificate in area of specialty within one (1) year of hire.
• Experience as a Patient Navigator or one (1) year case management preferred.

$54.27 - $75.23 USD per hour
