Patient Mobility Tech (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation in rooms and hallways
• Follow instructions from nursing or therapy staff
• Use proper body mechanics and lifting equipment to ensure safety
• Document activities accurately and promptly
• Educate staff on mobility procedures
• Uphold safety standards to promote safe, patient-centered care

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• Knowledge of proper body mechanics and lifting techniques
• Strong attention to safety protocols
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
