Job Description
Captures internal and external patient transfers by collecting clinical information, matching patient needs to facility capabilities, and facilitating timely acceptance.
Maintains accurate data, adheres to clinical and regulatory protocols (including EMTALA), and ensures compliance with quality and communication standards.
Utilizes electronic systems proficiently and delivers professional, responsive service through the transfer call center.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of related experience
