Responsibilities
- Manage intake calls, assess clinical urgency, and verify patient eligibility.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing units, and external facilities for patient placement.
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate promptly with patients and families.
- Support patient flow, quality outcomes, and a patient-centered environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health processes and regulations.
