About the Role

Coordinate psychiatric patient placement, admissions, and transfers within a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intake assessments to determine patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to facilitate safe and timely care transitions.
• Monitor bed availability and verify clinical appropriateness for placements.
• Communicate effectively with families and community partners regarding patient status.
• Document all activities accurately in EMR systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement of patient flow.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of EMR documentation and healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.
