Patient Logistics Coordinator RN Psych Intake

Role: Patient Logistics Coordinator RN Psych, working in psychiatric assessment and telehealth to support patient care and psychiatric admissions. Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care in collaboration with medical providers and care teams.Conduct phone assessments, review clinical presentations, and evaluate patients for psychiatric hospitalization.Work with multidisciplinary teams to determine appropriate care levels based on psychiatric symptoms and admission criteria.Respond to community inquiries and perform telehealth assessments for psychiatric needs. Qualifications & Skills Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.1-3 years of experience in behavioral health or psychiatric clinical assessments.Comfort with technology and effective interaction within multidisciplinary teams including RNs, MDs, social workers, and QMHPs.Knowledge of psychiatric admission criteria and behavioral health assessment techniques.
