About the role

Jax Spine & Pain Centers is North Florida’s leading provider of progressive interventional pain relief for the treatment of back, neck, shoulder, knee, hip and chronic pain. We are seeking a Marketing Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key physicians and physician groups based on historical business trends, referring history and physician specialty.
  • Schedule and conduct regular sales calls, business entertainment, educational offerings and special events with customers/prospects to increase new patient referrals.
  • Manage database, including contact information, preferences, protocols and special requests.
  • Communicate referring office concerns, complaints, and compliments to the appropriate individual.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all physician specialties, referral patterns and competitors. Share knowledge with Practice Managers.
  • Develop and communicate weekly plans to effectively target customers and maintain frequency with top accounts.
  • Based on business needs, coordinate and facilitate regular pathways for communication with clinics/hospitals to capitalize on opportunities for growth.

  • Able to maintain and ensure confidentiality of all patient/client information in accordance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or healthcare-related field preferred.
