About the role
As a Patient Liaison at Cobblehill Health Center, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care and satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between patients and healthcare staff, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Organize and conduct patient meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in patient care or healthcare administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications

Pay
