What You’ll Do
- Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
- Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
- Cook up the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
- Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
- Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
- Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
- Order and organize patient materials as needed
- Scan and upload documents into patient records
- Absorb and organize outgoing shipments and general office organization
- Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success
Skills And Experience We're Looking For
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
- Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed
