Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Processing paperwork and preparing charts
- Scanning documents
- Obtaining records
- Using Electronic Medical Records systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Prior medical office experience preferred
- Experience with medical software and terminology a plus
Skills
Prompt and dependable, professional, organized, detail‑oriented, able to multitask and work well in a team environment.
Schedule
Monday through Friday.
