About the Role

Provide personalized occupational therapy services to patients, focusing on recovery, independence, and improved quality of life. Collaborate with a supportive team using advanced technology to deliver compassionate care, assess patient needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and monitor progress. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrating victories along the way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and supervise treatment plans
• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care strategies
• Guide and support patients throughout their recovery process
• Foster strong relationships to understand patient needs
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as per state requirements
• CPR certification
• Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience acceptable
