Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients with professionalism, energy, and genuine care.
  • Create an exceptional front office experience that reflects our clinic values.
  • Build relationships with new and existing patients.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic wellness care.
  • Support patient conversions through confident and authentic sales conversations.
  • Follow up with prospective and current patients to encourage engagement and retention.
  • Manage patient communication through phone, email, text, and in-office interactions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and clinic growth.
  • Support scheduling, customer service, and daily clinic operations.
  • Work closely with chiropractors to enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat environment where patients and team members feel valued.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Loves working with people and building relationships.
  • Has experience in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar relationship-driven role.
  • Is confident starting conversations and creating trust.
  • Understands that great customer experiences create loyal customers.
  • A quick learner who can adapt, absorb new information, and confidently communicate our services.
  • Has strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Is organized, dependable, and proactive.
  • Bridges positive energy and professionalism to every interaction.
  • Enjoys being part of a growing team and contributing to success.

Preferred Experience

  • Sales or customer relationship management.
  • Client retention and follow-up.
  • Healthcare, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or service-based industries.
  • CRM systems and customer communication tools.
  • Experience working with performance goals.
