About the role

As a Registered Dietitian at DaVita, you will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. You will analyze lab-work results and educate patients and their families on what to eat accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze lab-work results and educate patients and their families on dietary needs
• Work in an outpatient setting with a focus on building meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families
• Participate in performance-based rewards based on individual and team contributions

Requirements

• State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed
• Successfully complete the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80%
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days
