Registered Dietitian with Retention Bonus Included

About the role

The role offers a $5000 retention bonus. The pay range is from $33.50 to $43 per hour, based on experience and background.

Requirements

• State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities and travel when needed.
• After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% required.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.
