About the Role

Delta Health System is seeking a Director of Patient Financial Services to join our patient-focused team. This role involves supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain and record financial data for maintaining accounting and statistical records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of two (3) years of progressive management experience in a Patient Financial Services (PFS), Revenue Cycle, or Business Office environment, including direct supervision of staff.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in all aspects of Patient Financial Services.
