Responsibilities
- Lead patient financial services and revenue cycle operations across a multi-site behavioral healthcare organization.
- Oversee billing, collections, accounts receivable, denials management, reimbursement, and cash posting functions.
- Partner with operational, clinical, compliance, and finance leaders to support revenue cycle performance and organizational goals.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reimbursement outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies.
- Manage relationships with payers, vendors, and external revenue cycle partners.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor revenue cycle leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 5-10 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience
- Experience leading teams and managing revenue cycle performance
- Knowledge of commercial insurance, government payers, billing, collections, and reimbursement processes
- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
