About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated Stroke Recovery Services Coordinator to support our mission of improving stroke recovery outcomes through innovative therapies and comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and experience working with stroke patients.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient referrals and appointments for stroke recovery services
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders
• Prepare and present reports on program performance and progress
• Oversee administrative tasks including billing and insurance verification

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration or patient care coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic health records systems
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
