About the role
This position serves as a Patient Experience Liaison at Riverside Medical Clinic. The primary responsibility is to enhance patient satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.Responsibilities
- Engage with patients to understand their needs and concerns.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare providers.
- Resolve patient complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve services.
- Train and support other staff in patient engagement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Patient Services, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in patient care or healthcare administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
