About the role

As a Patient Experience Coordinator at Vida Integrated Health, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the patient experience. Your responsibilities will involve greeting patients, ensuring they feel seen and supported, and facilitating smooth transitions between appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and accessible
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Help patients navigate the clinic’s services and resources
• Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth clinic experience
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and billing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Full-time. Tuesday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:30 pm Saturday 7:30 am - 2:30 pm
