- Data Integrity & Management: Curate and maintain precise digital patient records and eligibility verification with a "zero-error" mentality.

- Communication Hub: Manage multi-channel communications (phone, email, and digital portals) with the poise of a corporate executive.
Candidate Profile
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field (Highly Preferred).
- Experience: 2+ years in a high-touch environment (e.g., Luxury Hotels, Private Medical Practices, VIP Concierge, or High-End Retail).
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage in serving our diverse community.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, the ability to "read a room," and a genuine love for working in a pediatric-focused environment.
- Technical Savvy: Quick to learn dental software and digital communication tools.
