Patient Experience Concierge
Baptist Health is seeking a Patient Experience Concierge to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive first impression for patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Connect patients and families with accurate information
- Maintain relationships with supporting departments
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and positive interpersonal skills
- Acknowledge, greet, and assist visitors
- Represent the hospital positively and interact courteously with patients, families, guests, and hospital staff
- Use strong communication skills to serve as a liaison between patient, family, and clinical staff
- Seek satisfactory and expedited solutions to complaints, problems, or special needs
- Coordinate patient and guest services for the reception area
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Completion, GED, or equivalent training or experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in customer services required
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Strong verbal communication skills and strong follow-through skills

Pay Range
The estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.84 / hour depending on experience.
