Patient Escort

About the role

As a Patient Escort at Sodexo, you will put patients at ease with a big smile and big heart, getting them where they need to go. This is a key role within our hospital team and your contributions will have a big impact on the well-being of patients.

Responsibilities

• Transfer patients in a safe and appropriate manner by means of walking, wheelchair, stretcher, or beds.
• May escort or transport patients or deceased individuals within a hospital, senior living, or another medical facility.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Mornings and afternoon/evenings - varying days. More details will be provided during the interview process.
