Patient Coordinator Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Patient Coordinator Specialist to own the day-to-day management of our patient referrals and set up their onboarding into RxDiet. This full-time remote role is based in the United States. You must be living in the United States. At this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients are accurately loaded into our system
• Handle referral inaccuracies
• Coordinate with referral navigators
• Ensure RxDiet patients have the best possible experience when starting with our service

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare
• Must have worked directly with healthcare patients and providers previously
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and startup mindset
• Interest in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health

Pay

$36,000 - $43,000 / year
