Patient Coordinator, Full-Time, Outpatient

About the role

University Diagnostics is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team. This registration team member position is based at our outpatient imaging centers located in Knoxville, TN, with rotation to our Halls Location as needed.

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday – Friday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
• Location: Hall of Fame (rotation to Halls Location, as needed)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and lead the Imaging Center team in providing excellent patient care
• Support operational goals for both the Center and the organization
• Welcome, register, and coordinate overall patient coordination
• Handle phone correspondence and schedule appointments
• Manage inventory and medical records
• Upper levels of this series also include training, supervision, and management of Business Office team members
• Ensure management and resources are available to maintain a quality, high-functioning, customer-friendly Outpatient Imaging Center

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
