Patient Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable manner.
- Create a positive phone call experience for each caller.
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and for respective provider(s).
- Anticipate provider’s next steps to the best of their ability.
- Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
Requirements
- Healthcare Experience is required.
- Medical Receptionist Experience preferred.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent patient relation and customer services skills.
- Professional, reliable, and dedicated employee.
- Prior experience working in a dermatology / medical environment preferred.
- Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work full time, 30+ hours per week.
- Must have open availability to work during weekdays and weekends.
Skills
- Proficient in handling phone calls and scheduling tasks.
- Ability to anticipate provider needs and provide support.
- Knowledgeable in EMR software and patient scheduling systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in dermatology.

Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $21 - $24.50
Schedule
Full time, 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday within operating hours of 8:30am - 5:00pm. Open Flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.
