Kids Dental Place in East LA, CA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to efficiently execute front office processes within a pediatric dental practice.
About the role
Deliver a red-carpet experience to all patients and caregivers while ensuring intake information is accurate and complete. You’ll help coordinate patient flow, maintain a clean and welcoming practice, and support the mission of providing high-quality, compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children.
Responsibilities
- Call patients regarding appointment confirmations, reminders, and cancellations
- Adhere to scheduling best practices to optimize patient time
- Review patient and family health needs to ensure all needs are met
- Keep the appointment schedule organized and full
- Maintain a clean and presentable practice (restrooms, lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
- Perform other duties that support the business and mission
Requirements
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle a diverse workload
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and eCW
- Previous dental experience a plus
Pay
$18–$26 per hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities
