About the Role

Dream Dental is growing and seeking a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Patient Coordinator to join the team in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. The practice is well‑established, fast‑paced, and serves a large, loyal patient base while delivering an exceptional patient experience every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Verify insurance and assist with financial discussions.
• Support the front‑office team to ensure an efficient and smooth day.
• Represent Dream Dental with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of dental office experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, treatment planning, or check‑in/check‑out is a plus.
• FLSA status: Hourly.
• Reports to: Operations Manager.
