MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team at the Novant Health Breast Center in Winston-Salem, NC. We are a premier manager of outpatient diagnostic imaging facilities dedicated to team member growth and development.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for patients, referring physicians, and the public, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
- Check patients in, answer and route telephone calls, and schedule patient appointments.
- Collect patient balances for financial responsibility at the time of service.
- Perform other front office/desk duties as necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0–2+ years of experience in a customer support role or hospitality field.
- Strong customer service background and focus.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on a computer.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a physician practice or medical services office.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Prior patient collections experience in a medical setting.
- Medical records experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
