As a Patient Coordinator, you will be integral in bridging patient care with administrative excellence. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive the highest quality service from the moment they walk through our doors. Your Role: As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Coordinate patient appointments, verify insurance, and handle referralsMaintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentialityAssist with front desk operations, answering phone calls, and managing inquiriesWork closely with clinicians and administrative staff to enhance patient experienceEnsure a welcoming and organized clinic environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plusMinimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office settingKnowledge of medical terminology and insurance processesExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic computer skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityProficient in using office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Join us in making a positive impact on our patients' lives every day!
