Patient Coordinator – Home Sleep Study ServicesAbout Beacon Beacon is a growing psychiatric practice focused on providing thoughtful, patient-centered mental health care. Position Summary Beacon is seeking a Patient Coordinator to help manage and grow our home sleep study program. As the program develops, this role will also support Spravato treatment services through patient coordination, treatment-day preparation, and administrative support. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, patient-focused, appropriately credentialed for sleep study support, and interested in helping build efficient clinical workflows within a psychiatric practice. Key Responsibilities Manage home sleep study workflows, including referrals, scheduling, patient education, device distribution, returns, and follow-up. Review, score, upload, and route sleep study data within the scope of credentialing, clinic protocols, and provider oversight. Track device inventory, study completion, pending results, and program growth metrics. Help improve workflows, patient communication, referral tracking, and provider education for the home sleep study program. Support Spravato treatment services while the home sleep study program grows. Assist with Spravato scheduling, reminders, treatment-day preparation, patient check-in, room setup, and documentation support. Support medication-related administrative processes. Help ensure clinic protocols, Spravato REMS-related steps, HIPAA standards, and documentation requirements are followed. Coordinate communication between patients, providers, billing, pharmacies, insurance plans, and outside partners. QualificationsRequired Current sleep study credential appropriate for the role, such as CPSGT, RPSGT, RST, CRT-SDS, or RRT-SDS. Prior experience in healthcare, sleep medicine, behavioral health, psychiatry, or patient coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple workflows and follow clinical protocols. Familiarity with EHR systems, scheduling systems, and basic office technology. High attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality. Preferred Experience with home sleep studies, sleep medicine, DME, or medical device workflows. Experience with Spravato, TMS, ketamine/esketamine services, or interventional psychiatry. Experience with prior authorizations, benefits verification, or specialty pharmacy coordination. BLS certification.
