About the role

As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll give back to communities and positively impact patients’ lives. You’ll report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions, build trust, and foster patient loyalty. Upon joining, you’ll complete a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care, following company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments
• Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour
