Pay

Salary: $15 - $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager and perform daily front‑office tasks to create lasting impressions and build patient trust and loyalty
• Participate in a four‑week training program to succeed in the role
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Organize patient charts
• Verify insurance and process payments
• Balance nightly deposits and handle credit‑card processing
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• High regard for time management
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Must be 18 years of age or older
