About the role
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to give back to communities and positively impact patients’ lives. You will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to create lasting impressions, build trust, and foster loyalty with patients. Upon joining, you’ll participate in a four-week training program to ensure success in your role.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance, and collect payments.
- Balance nightly deposits and process credit card transactions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
- High regard for time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

$17 - $20 per hour
