Patient Care Technician (STICU) - No CNA Cert Required - Night Shift

Job Duties

• Being the primary facilitator of ADLs: hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals
• Collecting vital signs & daily weights
• Conducting Point of Care testing
• Turning & repositioning patients
• Performing equipment checks & exchanges
• Dressing care
• Removing Foley Catheter and Peripheral IV
• Nasogastric tube removal and performing nasal swabs
• Checking code carts and oxygen storage cabinets

About the Role

The STICU Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This position requires a three 12-hour night shift schedule, including every other weekend and holiday. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. No experience is required.
