Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of the LPN or RN as a health team member
• Perform patient care and unit functions
• Communicate completed tasks and changes in patient status to the nursing staff

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current Certified Nurse Assistant Certification is preferred, but not required
• On-the-job training is an option
• Must have BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Must be able to multi-task in a high-paced environment and possess the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Professional, positive demeanor and excellent customer service skills are also required
