Overview

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician Preceptor (PCT) to support and collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) in providing dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. The role requires a combination of technical skills and genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Success Profile

• Prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience
• Ability to develop and inspire a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong management skills
• Experience in ICU, PCU, or surgery preferred
