Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support the mission of improving the quality of life for patients by managing vascular access, administering heparin, and monitoring patients during dialysis sessions. They also educate patients on dialysis-related topics and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Success Profile
Successful candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience. They will receive training to develop skills in dialysis and build strong relationships with patients.
