Fresenius Medical Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to support and collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) in providing dialysis treatment to several patients at a time. This role is designed to improve the quality of life for patients by fostering strong relationships and adhering to regulatory standards.
Job Description
Patient Care Technicians at Fresenius Medical Care support the multidisciplinary team by preparing and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening clinics early in the morning. They are responsible for prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening clinics at 4 am for the first shift. PCTs also have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience.
