Patient Care Technician, PCT - Days - Full-time

Essential Functions

• Maintains accurate records of telemetry patients.
• Immediately notifies RN or supervisor of rhythm changes.
• Sets up the monitor system for all telemetry ordered patients.
• Troubleshoots transmitters and wires for telemetry ordered patients.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Expectations

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must have good and regular attendance.
• Satisfactory score on EKG interpretation competency test.
• Able to accurately identify cardiac rhythms and understand their significance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Current BLS certification.
• EKG certification preferred.

Pay

Pay range: $16.00 - $20.29/Hr
