About the role

Hartford Hospital is actively hiring Patient Care Technician (PCT) for its Specialty Medical Nursing Units. Openings are available across all shifts.

Shift Detail

Evening hours with rotating weekends and holidays required. Openings available across all shifts.

Qualifications

• No experience required, training provided on-site.
• Successful completion of PCT specific HHC orientation.
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 2 Months (60 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred High school diploma or GED.
• Some relevant experience in an acute care hospital environment.
• Certification as a CNA, CPCT/A, EMT or CMA to be eligible for advancement in the PCT clinical ladder.
