Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with Nurses within the unit you are assigned.
- Caring for patients by assisting with their daily living activities.
- Taking vital signs.
- Accu-Cheking.
- Performing Phlebotomy.
- Conducting EKG's.
- Assuming other nursing assistant responsibilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in delivery of patient services preferred.
- Phlebotomy experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college education preferred.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification preferred on hire / required prior to completion of unit orientation.
