Job Description

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time. They are responsible for prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening clinics at 4 am for the first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate for this role should have prior dialysis nursing experience or some form of critical care nursing experience. They should also have strong management skills and be able to develop deep relationships with patients and their families. The role involves managing the daily operations of outpatient centers and carrying out the organization's mission of delivering superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day.
