This role involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening clinics early in the morning.
Job Description
Patient Care Technicians at Fresenius Medical Care support the dialysis health care team by assisting with patient-specific education, evaluating vascular access, administering heparin, obtaining vital signs, initiating and discontinuing dialysis treatments, and documenting patient responses. They also monitor patients' progress, maintain a safe and clean environment, and ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters.
Success Profile
Successful candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience. They should be passionate about building deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life.
