Job Description

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients. They are responsible for setting up and operating hemodialysis machines, preparing and testing equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. PCTs also educate patients on dialysis-related topics and monitor patients' responses to treatment.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience. They should be passionate about building deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life. Strong management skills and experience in areas like ICU, PCU, or surgery are beneficial.
