The role involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening clinics at 4 am for first shifts.
Job Description
Patient Care Technicians support the mission of improving the quality of life for patients by managing vascular access, preparing and administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. They educate patients on dialysis adequacy measures and monitor their responses to treatment. Responsibilities include setting up and operating dialysis machines, performing vital sign checks, and documenting patient progress.
Success Profile
Successful candidates should have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience. They must be passionate about building deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life. Key skills include strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
